Elizabeth Ow joined the staff of The Heartland Institute as a graphic designer in November 2004. She holds a computer graphics diploma from the International Academy of Design and Technology (Toronto) and also graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts degree specializing in business and psychology.

Elizabeth brings to Heartland three years of information and publication design knowledge, combined with passion and creativity. She now lives in West Hollywood, California and is a consultant for four of Heartland's monthly publications and other special projects.

A Vancouver native, Elizabeth loves traveling and dining out. Her other hobbies include shopping, and spending time with her yorkshire terrier, Zoë.
