I wanted to take this opportunity to formally thank you for appearing at our recent 'Brainstorming with the Best' Conference.

I've never before seen a speaker addressing environmental issues holding an audience of drycleaners spellbound but that is exactly what you did, and I want to thank you for it. It was amazing to me how you could take complex subjects like risk analysis and MAC levels and characterize them in such a way that the participants actually understood the concepts and their implications.

One cleaner told me that she could have listened to you for hours because you make such perfect sense out of topics that she'd always considered beyond her comprehension. Simply put, you were perfection and it worked.

Our thanks to you and the Heartland Institute for making your appearance with us possible. With a conference entitled 'Brainstorming with the Best' we set a high level of expectation by the participants, and you certainly helped us to deliver on our promise.

Once again, I want to thank you for being with us, and for helping to make our conference a resounding success. We could not have done it without you.
