We offer a variety of ticket and table possibilities to fit every budget and level of interest. Table and ticket prices vary depending on how close to the speakers’ platform you and your guests would like to sit, what sort of recognition you'd like to receive for your support of Heartland, and how soon you decide to reserve your tickets or table. All tables are assigned on a "first come, first served" basis, so don't wait until the last minute if you've already decided to attend!
Reserved tables (which will be set for ten) are available at the following benefit/price packages. To purchase a table, download the order form in Adobe's PDF format or contact Membership Manager John O'Hara at 312/377-4000, email johara@heartland.org.
- Platinum Tables ($10,000) are located closest to the speaker's platform. Special nametags will identify Platinum Table sponsors and guests and the tables are specially decorated. Platinum Table sponsors are identified in the evening's program and on a display located in the registration/reception area. They will also be thanked by the master of ceremonies at the opening of the event. Speakers and other prominent guests will be assigned, with your approval, to open seats at your Platinum Table. (There is no head table.)
- Gold Tables ($7,500) are located close to the speaker's platform but behind the Platinum Tables. Like Platinum Tables, the tables are specially decorated. Your guests will receive special nametags, and you will be thanked in the evening's program. If you like, prominent guests can be assigned to open seats at your Gold Table.
- Silver Tables ($5,000) are located behind the Gold Tables. Special nametags will identify Silver Table sponsors and guests, and the tables are specially decorated. Silver Table sponsors are identified in the evening's program.
- Non-Profit Tables ($2,500) are behind the Silver Tables but in front of seats purchased by individual ticket buyers. Reserved Table sponsors are identified in the evening's program.
