The discussion will be hosted by Peter Fotos, director of government relations for The Heartland Institute. Fotos served for more than eight years in legislative capacities in Washington, DC, most recently as a key advisor to U.S. Senator Jim DeMint (R-SC).

Speakers will include:

Scandlen, an accomplished writer, researcher, and public speaker, is one of the nation’s leading experts on health care financing, insurance regulation, and employee benefits.
