Full delegates, media, and students receive:
- program updates by email prior to the event
- tickets for five meals (plenary sessions)

Panels Only registrants receive all the benefits above except the five meals.

Online registrants will receive immediate confirmation via email. If registering by written form, confirmation will be emailed (if address provided) within 72 hours of receipt. Registrations cancelled prior to 5:00 pm (CST) on February 16, 2009 are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Registrations are non-refundable after 5:00 pm (CST) on February 16, 2009.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the conference hotel, Marriott New York Marquis Times Square Hotel, 1535 Broadway, New York, NY. A special conference rate of $285 plus tax single or double and $305 plus tax triple occupancy is available for registered conference attendees.

Let the reservations person assisting you know that you would like to make a reservation for a group block, and give them the following information:

Please note: The “cutoff” date for The Heartland Institute room block is February 13, 2009. If you need a room after this date, your request will be handled on a “first come, first served” basis, based upon the availability of rooms at the hotel. So please make your reservations soon!
