Comments of Floy Lilley, J.D., on EPA’s Proposed Endangerment Finding

Lilley urges EPA to revisit the science underlying its proposed endangerment finding, because it primarily uses the old 2006 IPCC AR 4 document and omits much available scientific research available since that document was published. She also requests correction of these defects under EPA’s formal Information Quality Act procedures.
