Heartland Institute senior fellow for environment policy James M. Taylor is scheduled to appear on MSNBC today to discuss a Virginia Republican Party video mocking global warming claims. The video refers to snowfall as "12 inches of global warming" and urges citizens to call their congressmen to oppose carbon dioxide restrictions. Taylor will appear on Dayside with David Shuster at 3:30 pm.
