Hands Off My Health Care
Lobbyists, unions, and politicians in Washington are trying to seize control of our health care. Patients like us have been left out. We can’t sit by and let this happen, or else we lose:
- Our choice of doctors
- All control of our health insurance options
- Timely access to quality health care
- Money by paying for a government takeover
If you, too, are concerned, please consider signing the petition being circulated by Patients First, a project of Americans for Prosperity. The petition, directed at elected officials, reads:
“I urge you to oppose any legislation that imposes greater government control over my health care that would mean fewer choices for me and my family and even deny treatments to those in need. Congress must not let government get between my family and my doctor. Please protect patient freedom and expand our health care options with real reforms -- focused on patients, not on politics.”
