More than 70 scientists, economists, and climate experts with a skeptical view of climate change alarmism will gather in New York City March 8-10, 2009 to discuss why they believe the global warming crisis has been canceled--and whether a crisis ever really existed in first place. This podcast offers listeners an audio preview by many of the presenters of their remarks.
William Cotton, an atmospheric science professor at Colorado State University, is working on weather and climate engineering phenomena. In this Episode 3, Bill will explain how Earth's clouds create a major uncertainty in assessing the causes and extent of weather and climate. He also will explain why it's hazardous to venture into climate engineering without an accurate measure of physical and statistical evidence of cause and effect of weather modification.
