Anthropogenic Effects on Tropical Cyclone Activity

Among the more consequential effects of global climate change is a possible change in tropical cyclone activity.  We are most concernced with three aspects of cyclone activity: their frequency, their intensity, and their geographical distribution.  Any change in the frequency with which hurricanes strike populated land is of obvious concern.
