Charter Schools Can’t Fail

The debate over charter schools should not be about whether a particular charter school may fail to live up to Indiana’s testing standards [“Charter school progress unclear,” July 11]. What makes charter schools preferable to traditional schools is that failing schools can be easily closed down and replaced by new schools.
