Eric John Abrahamson is the president and principal historian for Vantage Point Historical Services, Inc. based in Rapid City, South Dakota.

Abrahamson is the author of Building Home: Howard F. Ahmanson and the Politics of the American Dream (2013, University of California Press). He is a fellow with the Institute for Applied Economics, Global Health, and Study of Business Enterprise, Johns Hopkins University.
