Robert Klein

Regional Director, Inertia Advisor Services Group

Robert (Rob) A. Klein began his career in the financial services industry in 1998; working in the New York metropolitan area. He has focused on assisting individuals and small business owners to ensure their financial, healthcare and tax planning needs are met.

After beginning his career with a large international insurance carrier, he became disillusioned with the corporate mantra, where marketing departments and local management promoted products versus Process. He sson left to better serve his clients in a more independent environment; where he could recommend solutions most appropriate for his clients. The independent model served his clients well, however Rob felt he lacked a “niche” until he realized the vital importance of planning for “Healthcare in Retirement.”

He felt that one of the most effective ways to impact clients was to help them plan for the one mandatory expense in retirement – Healthcare Costs. Especially given the fact the financial services industry was not, and is not, talking to clients about this crucial piece of the financial puzzle.

Today, Rob works exclusively with advisors – across the financial services spectrum – and their clients to ensure topics like Long Term Care planning ad Healthcare in Retirement are included in their comprehensive planning. He is also a policy advisor for The Heartland Institute.

Rob lives in White Plains, NY and is married with two sons, ages 5 and 4.
