Teresa Mull is a policy advisor for education and an editor at The Heartland Institute.

Teresa Mull is editor of, a policy advisor for education at The Heartland Institute, and a writer and editor for Heartland's editorial department.

From 2016 to 2018, Mull was managing editor of School Reform News and a research fellow at Heartland. A native of the Central Pennsylvania, Mull attended the University of Dallas, majoring in comparative literature. She has worked as a reporter, writer, and editor in varying capacities, and her writing has been published by The New York TimesBaltimore SunMiami Herald, Detroit News, Los Angeles Times, Philadelphia Inquirer, and many other print and online publications.
