Jonathan Bydlak, head of the Coalition to Reduce Spending and a policy advisor to The Heartland Institute, joins the show to discuss SpendingTracker.org, their transparency website, where they have collected the spending records of individual members of Congress dating back to 2009, creating the largest such database of spending records in existence.
