Army Vet Facing Potential Red Flag Case in Rural Wisconsin (Guest: Rich Clewien)

March 4, 2020

Samantha Fillmore and Lennie Jarratt spoke with Rich Clewien, an army vet from rural Wisconsin who is currently facing a civil lawsuit for firing his firearms on his 12-acre property.

Fillmore and Jarratt follow Rich’s story as he details how he was first served the lawsuit form his neighbors, up to the point where his medical record from the VA had been subpoenaed. Rich details the injustices that are occurring and his fear of the potential that his case may have to set a percent that will allow the profiling and targeting of veterans for red flag actions. Rich shares that listeners can follow the developments in his story on his personal Facebook page, along with an uplifting message about standing up for one’s beliefs despite how difficult the situation may seem.
