Big Mistakes, Weak Models and Faulty Assumptions Produce Alarmingly Flawed Climate Predictions (Guest: David Legates)

December 3, 2018

Two recent studies made claims of climate disaster so far outside of the mainstream that they should have raised red flags within the scientific community and press -- they didn't.

University of Delaware climatology Professor David Legates, Ph.D., discusses the sorry state of climate research and coverage in the media. He focuses in particular, on how two recent studies that made alarming climate claims well outside every other set of climate projections, yet still, the mainstream media promoted them as truth. This, despite the fact, the authors of one of the two studies had to admit to gross errors making their projections virtually worthless.
