Did you know there are unseen costs for electricity? In this edition of The Heartland Daily Podcast, Megan Hansen and Dr. Michael Giberson of Strata Public Policy join research fellow Isaac Orr to discuss the seen and unseen costs of different energy resources.

The podcast is based on four studies produced by Hansen and Giberson that examine the unseen costs of wind, solar, natural gas, and coal. The podcast provides an outline of how the electric grid works, and details the ways in which state and federal subsidies and regulations increase the costs of electricity.
