June 13, 2018

Has gun violence gotten worse in America? What is the root cause of the increase in school shootings?

A rich Chicago suburb just had an assault style weapon ban blocked by an Illinois judge.  Andy Singer, Arianna Wilkerson, Chris Talgo, and Linnea Leuken discuss this judge’s decisions.  The roundtable discussion ventures into the root causes of school shootings, and how culture shifts have contributed to these horrible events.  Topics include the media’s representation of these events, the breakdown of American family values, and why guns have become an easy scapegoat.
