Like Obamacare, the Senate Obamacare replacement bill herds people toward third-party-payer insurance, an inefficient payment model for routine care.

As Senate Republican leadership whips votes for the Better Care Reconciliation Act, rank-and-file members and their constituents should recognize the Obamacare replacement bill as an Obamacare continuation bill, in the sense that each piece of legislation steers Americans toward an inefficient payment model for health care.
