In this week's Better Know a Think Tank segment, John and Donny are joined by Sheila Weinberg, Founder and CEO of Truth in Accounting. Next, Donny and John talk about the latest push to pass national Right to Try legislation - legislation which would allow terminal patients try procedures or medicines that have not yet made their way through the FDA's approval process. The Goldwater Institute has been one of the most forefront organizations advocating for this reform. They recently testified in front of a House of Representatives Committee on the matter.

Last, Donny and John talk about Pennsylvania's outdated liquor laws. The laws give the state a virtual monopoly on alcohol sales. The Commonwealth Foundation, a free-market think tank in Pennsylvania, has been a strong voice of opposition to these laws. Earlier this week, PA Gov. Wolf announced a plan to leverage the income of the state's alcohol agency to fund a loan intending to cover the state's budget shortfall.
