In The Tank (EP161) – Brett Kavanaugh, Kanye West, and the Mob Mentality of the Left

October 12, 2018

Jim Lakely joins John Nothdurft and Andy Singer in episode #161 of the In The Tank Podcast. Topics include Eastern Asia, Brett Kavanaugh, and Kanye West.

With Donald Kendal out, Jim Lakely joins the show along with Andy Singer and John Nothdurft to talk Kavanaugh, leftism, and Kanye West.  This weekly podcast features (as always) interviews, debates, and roundtable discussions that explore the work of think tanks across the country. The show is available for download as part of the Heartland Daily Podcast every Friday.

In the first segment, John speaks about his trip to Eastern Asia.  He talks of the differences between Hong Kong and the highly regulated China.

This segment is followed by a discussion on the left’s reaction to Brett Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearing.

Finally, Andy, John, and Jim speak about Kanye West’s summit with President Trump.  Can this meeting be a turning point for Trump’s relations with African-Americans?
