Katie Kerschner, Project Coordinator at the Center for Tenth Amendment Action, discusses her role at the Texas Public Policy Foundation and how Texas became the eleventh state to pass a convention of states in May 2017.

Katie describes the need for constitutional reform efforts in the United States and what advocates can do to reform the U.S. constitution and shrink the role of government in American’s lives. Since Texas’ big win, a few other states have joined the list in passing a convention of states with a hope to reach 34 states. Katie offers advice to Heartland’s listeners on how to become involved in the effort and learn more about the Texas Public Policy Foundation.
