Today, we welcome three state legislators who have been championing CON reform in their individual states.  We talk with Rep. Jason Chipman of Missouri, Representatives Daniel Martin and Cameron Sexton of Tennessee.  We talk about what happened with the bills they introduced this year, all out repeal vs. baby steps, the gray market CON can create, how CON hurts health consumers in distressed areas, and how voters can embolden their legisltors.
