Ebell is director of the Center for Energy and Environment at the Competitive Enterprise Institute and chair of the Cooler Heads Coalition. Ebell comes on the podcast to discuss the extreme costs and minimal benefits from President Obama's clean power plan.

Ebell and Burnett discuss the Cooler Heads Coalition and the work they have done regarding global warming. In addition, they discuss the differences between the finalized plan and the plan that was proposed earlier this year.
