Ignoring federal law, the Biden administration is fast tracking the Martha's Vineyard offshore wind project.

Based on a rushed environmental impact statement that ignored public comments, the Biden administration is fast tracking the Martha's Vineyard offshore wind project. A coalition of groups are fighting the project. They also argue that the administration violated the National Environmental Policy Act in approving the environmental impact statement.
