States Fighting to Save the Federal Government from Itself (Guest: Rob Natelson)

With $20 trillion of debt and continued fiscal irresponsibility, numerous states are moving to amend the constitution and save the federal government from itself.

Rob Natelson, senior fellow at The Heartland Institute, joins the show to discuss the article V movement to amend the constitution.  An article V convention is the method states can utilize to amend the US constitution outside of Washington DC.  With over $20 trillion in debt, the federal government continues to display fiscal recklessness with no end in sight.  If the status quo continues, the states are going to have to save the federal government from itself.
