David Legates, climatologist and professor of geology, takes the stage at the thirteenth International Conference on Climate Change to discuss the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC). Legates breaks down why the IPCC is a deeply flawed organization. In his opinion, the Nongovernmental International Panel on Climate Change is a better source as it does not contain the bias found in IPCC reports.
