California Billionaire Tom Steyer is pushing a ballot initiatives to force Arizona’s and Nevada’s utilities to provide 50 percent of the electricity they deliver from renewable sources by 2030. Eric Eisenhammer, founder of the Coalition of Energy Users discusses why, if it becomes law, this mandate will increase energy costs, drive employers out of state, costing jobs, and harm the poorest energy users the most.
