Biden Just Sold America's Oil Reserves to China
July 18, 2022
The Biden administration just gave a giant middle finger to Americans across the country struggling to deal with record high gas prices. To combat the sky high energy prices, Biden released oil from America's Strategic Petroleum Reserve. Here's the kicker. That oil wasn't used to bolster supply and lower prices. It was sold to a company controlled by the Chinese Communist Party. Check out the full episode of Climate Change Roundtable at this link:

Immediately after Senate passage, the so-called “Inflation Reduction Act” was praised in the corporate media and among activists on the left as being the most-significant climate action the U.S. government in our history. But just like the bill won't improve our runaway inflation rate, it will also do absolutely nothing to improve our weather or decrease the global temperature by the end of the century. After about $400 billion more in taxpayer subsidies for green energy, the temperature might decrease by between about three-hundredths (0.028F) of a degree and nine-ten thousandths (0.0009F) of a degree. Maybe. On this edition of Climate Change Roundtable, The Heartland Institute's H. Sterling Burnett, Linnea Lueken, and Steve Milloy join Host Jim Lakely to discuss the "climate fighting" aspects of the latest Washington boondoggle spending bill. Just how bad is it? The Heartland Institute's Donald Kendal, Jim Lakely, Justin Haskins, and Chris Talgo present episode 358 of the In The Tank Podcast. Donald Trump’s residence was raided by the FBI this week. We are still not exactly clear as to the reasoning behind the raid. Also, the Inflation Reduction Act looks like it is real close to becoming law, which along with raising taxes, pushing further down the path of unreliable energy, and doing absolutely nothing to reduce inflation, will increase the power of the IRS. The Heartland Institute's Donald Kendal, Jim Lakely, and Justin Haskins present episode 357 of the In The Tank Podcast. The Biden Administration is scrambling to get something accomplished before the midterms. Their latest attempt at a piece of comprehensive legislation is labeled the "Inflation Reduction Act." Despite the name of the bill, the legislation has far more to do with energy policy and increasing taxes. The ITT crew weighs in on this important topic. A new bombshell report found that 96% of the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) temperature stations produce corrupted data due to purposeful placement in man-made hot spots. These stations fail to meet the published standards deemed "acceptable" by NOAA itself. This nationwide study follows up widespread corruption and heat biases found at NOAA stations in 2009, and the heat-bias distortion problem is even worse now. This report eviscerates the media's narrative that the Earth is seeing runaway global warming. Has the Earth warmed over the last 20 years? Yes. Has it warmed to the degree the media claims? No. And most importantly, is it catastrophic? Absolutely not. Anthony Watts, director of the study, takes the reins for today's Climate Change Roundtable to provide definitive evidence that the temperature record is flawed. You don't want to miss this. We go live with the findings at 12pm CT today.

The Heartland Institute's Donald Kendal, Jim Lakely, and Chris Talgo present episode 356 of the In The Tank Podcast. Why is it that all the climate change solutions coming from any one of consequence on the left are terrible? From over-reliance on wind and solar to destroying our agricultural sectors, they never seem to run out of terrible ideas. Also, a new report from the World Economic Forum seems to bolster the globalist claim that “in the future, you will own nothing.” The ITT crew talks about these topics and more. Democrats failed to pass sweeping legislation remaking America under the guise of a climate emergency. Thus, they turned to Joe Biden to enact a swath of executive orders to force their desires on all Americans. Biden did not declare a climate emergency, but did vow to do everything he can using executive orders and the power of the executive branch to advance his alarmist agenda. But more importantly, climate science lost a true warrior this week, Dr. Patrick Michaels. Dr. Michaels was a trailblazer in objective climate science and source of inspiration for researchers in pursuit of the truth.

The Heartland Institute's Jim Lakely, Chris Talgo, and S.T. Karnick talk about the growing possibility that President Biden will officially declare a "climate emergency," seizing broad powers to shove the Green New Deal down our throats. Biden's climate speech in Massachusetts on Wednesday was a mess, and didn't go that far, but what if he does? The In The Tank crew discuss on episode #355 of the podcast. We also cover the one-year anniversary of Biden assuring America that rising inflation was only "temporary," and how Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is glad gas prices are high, all the better to get people into electric vehicles. Speaking of those, a real-world test of an electric Ford F-150 towing a trailer went poorly ... as anyone with a brain would have suspected. OPENING CHIT CHAT Biden said one year ago today: No serious economist sees runaway inflation PRIMARY TOPIC – Biden to Declare ‘Climate Emergency’? White House - Biden’s Executive Actions on Climate to Address Extreme Heat and Boost Offshore Wind WSJ editorial - The ‘Beast Mode’ Presidency?: For Biden to declare a ‘climate emergency’ would be a serious abuse of power. The president could even use the power to curtail the movement of fossil fuels on pipelines, trains and ships. Among those who have lobbied the White House in recent days to invoke the emergency authority, which was used by former President Donald Trump to begin construction of a border wall, was Senator Ed Markey a Democrat of Massachusetts, an author of the Green New Deal. Attorney Joseph Morris, chairman of the board of directors at The Heartland Institute, was part of a brief debate on WTTW's "Chicago Tonight" the other day on the proper role of states rights and federalism in our Constitution and how the new Supreme Court is handling these questions. This is an excellent segment with opposing viewpoints respectfully presented, which is not the norm for a television news program.

To many leftists, Donald Trump was the epitome of evil. The corporate media barely held a more favorable view than that. But to regular people, there's a whole other story. The real question is this. Which president, Trump or Biden, had higher approval ratings this far into their presidency? We have the answer.
