An Al Jazeera article titled, “In Pictures: Global warming forces Bangladeshi tribals to migrate,” claims global warming is causing Bangladeshi drought, which in turn is causing crop failures that are forcing Bangladeshi farmers to become climate refugees. They attempted to defend this claim with random photos that prove nothing. Here's the data refuting this story.

Heartland Institute President James Taylor was a guest on C-SPAN's flagship morning program, "Washington Journal," on Friday, January 29 to talk about President Biden's climate and energy plans. Taylor explained how and why canceling the Keystone XL pipeline was a bad idea, talked about how so-called "green" energy would actually cause enormous environmental damage, and took questions from C-SPAN's famously eccentric callers.

First, Joe Biden rescinded the permit for the Keystone XL pipeline, effectively cancelling the project. Biden also has put the United States back in the Paris Climate Accord. Milloy discusses why these are both ill advised moves that will not benefit the environment.

For the past 20 years, alarmists have claimed the ocean currents are slowing down and global warming is to blame. Alarmists backed up their claims with computer models they claimed predicted and replicated the slowdown. Slower ocean currents, they claimed, would alter African and Indian rainfall patterns and impact Atlantic hurricanes. As recently as 2019, alarmist “studies” claimed ocean currents had declined to their slowest pace in 1,600 years. Read more:
