A Year of Top Heartland Stories

December 28, 2017

2017 is coming to a close and what a wonderful year it was for The Heartland Institute.

2017 is coming to a close and what a wonderful year it was for The Heartland Institute. From our 12th International Conference on Climate Change to the America First Energy Conference, we hosted a slew of successful events that are all available for free online at our YouTube page. We also ushered in our new President, former Kansas Representative Tim Huelskamp, who's leadership will be critical for us as we proceed with the current administration. President Trump has been a great boon to the nation combating climate alarmism by pulling out of the Paris Climate accord and removing climate change as a national security threat from the National Security Strategy. American energy is set to be the most dominant in the world as we utilize all of our resources available through the North Dakota Access Pipeline and new drilling set to occur in Alaska. This only covers a small breadth of victories, all just as significant to restoring the United States to it's original and intended path, so we've assembled the top blog posts, news articles, podcasts, and videos read and viewed this year.

As good as this year was, 2018 is shaping up to be an even brighter one. We hope that you continue to join us in our fight to advance freedom. Have a Happy New Year!
