ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL (Nov 4, 2019) – Today, President Donald Trump officially began the year-long process to fully withdraw the United States from the Paris Climate Accord. Trump first announced his plan to in 2017 in the White House Rose Garden with Senior Fellow and former President of The Heartland Institute Joseph Bast in attendance.
