Oral arguments in King v. Burwell are likely underway now, and it’s no exaggeration to say this case could determine whether Obamacare is here to stay or if we’re going to get a second chance to get health reform right.
For those of you who want to read straight, balanced, and high-quality reporting of what is being said, I strongly recommend going to a Web site called SCOTUSBlog, where they will be updating during oral arguments what has been said and done, and afterwords will likely have insightful analysis you aren’t likely to get elsewhere.
They plan to do two mid-argument updates, the first in just a few minutes.
