2019 Employer Health Benefits Survey

The Kaiser Family Foundation's annual survey shows the cost of employer health plans is rising more than wages and inflation.
The survey is based on interviews with 2,012 large and small employers from both the public and private sector. Premium contributions, co-pays and deductibles rose 8 percent of r family plan in 2019 and 4 percent for individual coverage while worker wages increased 3.4 percent and inflation went up 2 percent. Family plans cost on average, $6,015.
