AFFIDAVIT OF DR. ROBERT DEVLIN, AMERICAN TRADITION INSTITUTE V. U.S. EPA
October 4, 2012
Dr. Robert Devlin describes how and why humans were exposed to levels of particulate matter as part of EPA backed air pollution tests.
Human test subjects were used in tests to determine the human health impact of exposure to particulate matter. The tests were necessary because existing epidemiological studies could demonstrate no causal connection between exposure small particulate matter and detrimental human health impacts including premature mortality.
