Endangerment Finding: Scientists File Amicus Brief to U.S. Supreme Court

On Thursday, May 23, 2013, 11 scientists submitted an Amicus brief to the Supreme Court in support of the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) petition for a writ of certiorari.

On Thursday, May 23, 2013, 11 scientists submitted an Amicus brief to the Supreme Court in support of the Southeastern Legal Foundation (SLF) petition for a writ of certiorari.

Amici presents a purely scientific argument to the Court that EPA's finding of human-caused global warming is not supported by the evidentiary record that was presented before EPA and that EPA’s CO2 Endangerment Finding (EF) should be vacated.
