Global Warming Policies in CA and NY Hurt Poor

Overzealous global warming laws and regulations in California and New York have cost their citizens jobs increased energy poverty among the poor, and reduced state revenues.

California and New York have taken the lead in battling purported climate change, implementing policies that restrict energy use and raise energy costs. These policies have resulted in increase unemployment, decreased revenues, companies and residents leaving the state, and higher energy costs which punish the poor.
