S. 204: Trickett Wendler Right to Try Act of 2017

"To authorize the use of unapproved medical products by patients diagnosed with a terminal illness in accordance with State law, and for other purposes."This bill would protect 28 state right to try laws and require the U.S.

"To authorize the use of unapproved medical products by patients diagnosed with a terminal illness in accordance with State law, and for other purposes."

This bill would protect 33 state right to try laws and require the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to report to Congress on the act's implementation every 30 days until it is fully implemented.
